Dr Desmond Yeow
General Practitioner | Principal | MBBS | FRACGP
Dr Desmond Yeow (Des) graduated with an MBBS from Monash University (2005) and received his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2011 after practicing in country Victoria.
He worked at The Alfred Hospital, Sandringham Hospital and Caulfield General Hospital in Melbourne before specialising in General Practice (GP).
Dr Yeow has a special interest in:
- skin cancer checks
- skin diseases
- minor surgeries as a treatment option
- men’s health
- paediatrics
- preventative medicine
- cosmetic medicine (injectables)
He has a Diploma in Dermoscopy and Cosmetics Injectables and practical training. Dr Yeow has completed over a thousand procedures with continuous training and development in this field.
Dr Yeow has a special interest in skin checks and skin cancer removal, has completed further training and carries out procedures at the clinic.
He speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Dr Adriana Trang
General Practitioner | BPharm (Hons) | MBBS (Hons) | FRACGP
A Melbournite at heart, Dr Adriana Trang completed her pharmacy degree in 2010, then a medical degree at Monash University in 2015. She graduated with honours in both Bachelor of Pharmacy and MBBS.
Dr Trang worked at Monash Health both as a pharmacist and doctor gaining diverse experience across all areas of health.
She joined Mountain Gate Medical Centre in 2018 and is known for her caring and empathetic bedside manner.
Dr Adriana is a Monash University graduate, having completed her pharmacy degree in 2010, then her medical degree in 2015. She worked at Monash Health as both a pharmacist and a doctor, before becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Adriana is committed to the health of her patients, thus likes to spend time to explore the health issue and explain health matters.
Dr Trang has a special interest in:
- women’s health
- mental health
- weight management
- gender clinic
Dr Trang speaks English and Cantonese.

Dr Michael Tung
General Practitioner | MBBS (Hons) | FRACGP
Dr Michael Tung is born and raised in Lysterfield, Victoria. He graduated with an MBBS with honours from Monash University in 2016.
He has worked at hospitals across Monash Health and Eastern Health in different specialities including Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Emergency, Anaesthetics and Psychiatry before moving to general practice.
Dr Tung has a special interest in:
- men’s health
- sexual dysfunction
- paediatrics
- preventative health
Dr Tung speaks English.

Dr Tracy Oh
General Practitioner | MBBS | FRACGP
Dr Tracy Oh has an MBBS from Monash University (2005) and a Fellowship of Royal Australasian College of General Practice (FRACGP).
She has worked in hospitals around metro and regional Victoria. She trained as a GP registrar in The City of Greater Bendigo and has a Diploma of Child Health.
Dr Oh has a special interest in:
- minor surgical procedures including skin lesion removal and Implanon insertion
- geriatric health
- preventative health
- women’s health
She’s fluent in English.

Meet the Registrar
GP Registrars are fully qualified and registered doctors who have completed medical school and a minimum of two years of hospital-based training. They are currently undertaking a two-year specialist training program in General Practice, which includes supervised placements across various accredited GP clinics. The majority of GPs consulting at Mountain Gate Medical Centre are former registrars who completed their training at our clinic and chose to establish their practice here after obtaining fellowship.
Dr Lachlan Turnley
Registrar Doctor | MD
Dr Lachlan Turnley graduated from Monash University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (MD). He is currently undertaking his general practice training through the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program.
Dr Turnley brings a broad and comprehensive clinical background, having gained valuable experience across a wide range of hospital rotations, including paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, emergency medicine, geriatrics and palliative care, community psychiatry, general medicine, general surgery, and rehabilitation medicine. These diverse experiences have shaped his strong commitment to holistic, patient-centred care.
With a special interest in paediatrics, Dr Turnley is currently completing the Graduate Diploma in Child Health through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network to further strengthen his skills in supporting the health and development of children and their families.
Originally from Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, Dr Turnley has a strong connection to the local community and a clear understanding of its unique healthcare needs. He is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages and values building long-term, trusted relationships with individuals and families throughout the community.

Yogeeta Kiran
Allied Health | Clinical Psychologist | B. Nursing | B. Sc. (Psych) | Post Grad Dip Psych | M. Clin. Psych
Yogeeta is a clinical psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and other qualifications. She’s registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and has 16+ years of experience with mental health in public, private, school settings.
Yogeeta works with adults, older adults, children and families experiencing:
- depression
- anxiety
- panic disorder
- post-traumatic stress disorder
- bipolar disorder
- borderline personality disorder
- drug and alcohol issues
She’s warm, friendly, approachable and compassionate. Yogeeta works from a person–centred approach to meet the needs of her clients whether it be a need to gain some skills or strategies or to feel heard and understood.
Yogeeta enjoys assisting clients to improve their wellbeing and get greater life satisfaction.

Kevin Chai
Allied Health | Physiotherapist | Founder and Principal physiotherapist at Lifestyle Physio
Kevin has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from University of Melbourne (2008) and a Diploma of Advanced Acupuncture of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2010). He is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Kevin is a strong advocate for combining Eastern and Western treatment techniques to optimise the patient’s wellbeing and quality of life.
He provides manual therapy and exercise programs (including clinical Pilates and hydrotherapy) combined with acupuncture and cupping as part of a holistic approach.
Kevin’s areas of specialty and interests are:
- sports injuries
- neck and back pain
- TAC and work related injuries
- post-operative rehabilitation

Berenice Wong
As a physiotherapist with years of experience in New Zealand before moving to Melbourne, she has found her passion in helping people of all ages with musculoskeletal conditions and women of all stages to improve their pelvic floor, bladder, bowel, and sexual health.
Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in a variety of areas, including pre and postnatal care, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related back pain, incontinence, and prolapse. On top of women’s health, she also enjoy helping people with shoulder pain, neck pain, and postural related injuries.
She stays up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in women’s health physiotherapy and chronic pain so all the clients could receive the best outcome.
Her treatment methods include a combination of exercises, manual therapy, education, and lifestyle modifications. She works closely with her patients to ensure that they feel comfortable and informed throughout the treatment process, and she is always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise.

Richard Chhuon
Allied Health | Podiatrist | Co-founder of On Track Podiatry
Richard is a graduate of La Trobe University and has a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Podiatric Practice (2017).
He was the head sports trainer for Marcellin Football Club and has treated and managed many football players with sporting injuries.
Richard’s interests and expertise in podiatry include:
- chronic and acute injury management and rehabilitation
- orthotic prescription
- managing the diabetic foot
- general podiatry treatments – nail reduction, removal of warts, corn and callus
