If your consultation exceeds the allocated appointment time, additional fees may apply.
The following patients will be BULK BILLED (where eligible under Medicare), except when consulting Dr Adriana Trang, who privately bills all consultations:
- Children aged 15 years and under;
- Patients aged 65 years and over who hold a Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card;
- DVA Card Holders;
- Patients aged 16 to 64 years who were existing patients on or before 31 January 2025 and hold a Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card.
From 1 February 2025, patients aged 16 to 64 who hold a Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card and are new to the practice will be charged a Concession Fee.
WorkCover and TAC consultations are privately billed. Patients are required to pay the consultation fee on the day of their appointment and may seek reimbursement from their insurer or TAC, where applicable.

These appointments are designed to provide comprehensive, individualised care for patients with complex health needs and often require significantly more time than a standard GP consultation.

For Telehealth Consultations
Telehealth consultations are charged at the same rate as face-to-face consultations (see consultation fees above).
Patients are eligible for a Medicare rebate for telehealth consultations only if they meet the Australian Government’s Medicare eligibility requirements, including having an established relationship with the GP providing the telehealth consultation. This is defined by the Australian Government as:
- the GP has provided at least one face-to-face service to the patient in the 12 months preceding the telehealth attendance; or
- the GP is located at a medical practice where the patient has had at least one face-to-face service at that practice in the 12 months preceding the telehealth attendance (including services performed by another doctor located at the practice, or a service performed by another health professional located at the practice, such as a practice nurse or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health worker); or
- is a participant in the Approved Medical Deputising Service program, and the Approved Medical Deputising Service provider employing the medical practitioner has a formal agreement with a medical practice that has provided at least one face-to-face service to the patient in the 12 months preceding the telehealth attendance.
- The established relationship requirement is a rolling requirement that applies to every telehealth consultation. For each telehealth consultation, the patient must meet one of the eligibility requirements outlined above, unless an eligible exemption applies.
Procedures
All procedures will incur an out of pocket fee. The cost of procedures varies with the type of procedure and its complexity; Please ensure you enquire about any costs prior to the procedure.
Payment / Medicare Rebate
Payment is required in full on the day of your consultation. We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa and cash.
We offer Medicare Easyclaim: for eligible services. Eligible patients can claim their Medicare rebate immediately after payment using Medicare Easyclaim by presenting a physical debit card linked to a cheque or savings account.
Missed Appointment Fee
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient. A cancellation fee of $30 for a standard appointment and $50 for a double appointment applies to missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice.
